The first weekend in August we went to the lake with several families from church. We did this same trip last year with the same group but we have added 3 babies since then so it was a packed house this time!!! It was more crazy but also more fun I think? Our bigger kids are getting big enough to do more so there was more LAKE time this year and less babies taking naps, which also meant more dog tired parents! LOL
Friday night it was just the Franklin 5 and the Moltz 5. Friends hanging out, eating popcorn and watching a movie!

This year we took our mega huge water slide/ pool for the big kids to be able to play in the backyard whenever the babies were sleeping. This was genius!!! The kids wore themselves out on the slide and had a blast!

And then bedtime in the bunk room. Oh what fun these boys had!! 5 boys in the bunk room. We had just a weeee bit of an issue getting them to calm down and go to sleep but they did finally fall asleep.
I love that they are getting to make these special memories with their buddies. Even if it did mean a late night for the parents :)

These are very special memories of times spent with our friends. Even if it was extremely exhausting, I'm so thankful to have this time!
