Tonight we had aiden's end of the school year program. It was very cute. I believe Aiden knew the songs and the motions BUT very first thing they brought the kids walking down the center aisle of the auditorium and aiden saw that gigi and poppy were there (he hadn't seen them before) and then through the whole first half of aiden's performance he is yelling for gigi and wanting her to come sit next to him on stage. Then he proceeds to point out the rest of his family. My first 20 seconds of video is very shaky because my mom (gigi) was trying to move over me so he wouldn't be able to see her as well. It was cute regardless. Aiden did a few of the movements, he comforted the little boy who cried next to him and he let everyone in the auditorium know where his family was. I'm sure this video will be hilarious in 20 years. It was a great night and I might be a bit biased but I thought aiden stole the show! Definitely the cutest!

In his classroom before showtime, he was showing me where his handprint was on the wall.

Waiting for the show to start, I was getting nervous for him!

Dad, mamaw, ben and I and of course gigi were there to see aiden's program!

This is where aiden is first alerted to gigi and poppy being there!
My mom got close to take his picture walking in...

His little "lambs" class of 6 and his teachers

Sitting with poppy after his performance was over.

With gigi

And with the grandparents
Thanks for coming!!!
And here's the video!!!

so precious. He definitely stole the show and in my defense........I was told I had to get pictures. The best way to do that was to be in the aisle.
I can't wait to show that to him in a few years.......
It was a great night and a first for me and poppy.
What a good way to start my day!! So precious. The boy loves his family and it was so darling when he reached over and tried to comfort the other chiled. Sweet - Sweet!!
That video is just precious! He did steal the show, and I love where he pats the little boy on the back who is crying.
How precious it is that he is so excited to see his family. I think he only knows how to shout Gigi's name :)
Sorry we had to miss such a precious moment last night. We look forward for his many programs and graduations to come.
