Craziness

This past week = CRAZINESS!!! Aiden and I are back in the swing of things now but it was a rough go last week. As I said Aiden and I were both dealing with the sickies and then tuesday aiden had been fever free for well over 24 hours, I thought we were on the mend and I sent him on to school. That turned out to be a mistake. By tuesday night he was acting sick again and wednesday morning all symptoms including fever had returned so apparently he needed more "take it easy" time. I went ahead and went to BSF on wednesday morning and my mom came to keep aiden at home. He stayed home from school on thursday and we stayed in on friday also. We branched out for a grocery store run on saturday to get much needed supplies but that was it for saturday and now I'm happy to say we really are all better. It's a good thing too cause I was going stir crazy being at home all the time. Aiden would constantly remind me : "aiden sick, aiden go to Dr." thank you uncle Jarod for that little characteristic. I did talk to the Dr. on the phone and was assured it was just a fever virus that had to run its course.

In his sickness aiden has developed a love for watching movies, which he has NEVER EVER had before. I could never even get him to sit and watch 10 minutes of a show before and now he will gladly sit through a whole motion picture. CRAZY! In fact, he likes it so much that I am starting to garnish his TV watching time. I never thought I'd see the day.

In baby news, I had my quad screening test last week to detect any neurological or chromosomal disorders with the baby and I'm happy to report that my tests were all normal and as far as we know the baby is healthy. AND my sonogram got changed to NEXT thursday, september 30th! T-minus 9 days till we know the gender of our little bundle! I'm so excited to find out! Plus I will find out the day before my birthday, how awesome is that. Happy Birthday to me!!!
