Easter Sunday 2011

Easter Sunday was a BIG day around here. It was our first holiday as a family of 4 and it was packed full of non-stop bunny excitement. Because of how many pictures there are and how much that intimidates me, I am going to break it up into 2 posts. This is the first one, Sunday morning.

Sunday morning we woke up to find that the easter bunny had visited us and left treats for the kids!

After digging through the easter baskets, we all got dressed in our Sunday's best to head to church!
My kiddos were not on their best picture taking behavior...not looking at the camera, fake smiles, etc. but you get the idea.
I hate that this is the best picture I have of ben with the kids on easter but it also kind of cracks me up. It's like aiden is making faces at hallie and she's looking at him not very happily. Sibling rivalry already?! :)
Our handsome BIG BOY!
Our beautiful little girl on her first easter!
Me with the kids. My picture turned out much better :)
At church.

attempting a family of 4 shot...
my camera was acting up BADLY so one of my friends got this on her camera. After church we rushed over to Ridglea country club for easter lunch with the family.

When we got there we realized that the power was out at ridglea (I'm assuming from all the storms) so we didn't get to take any pictures inside and of course my camera was still acting up so I didn't get very many good ones outside either, but we tried!

Another attempt at a family picture.
Happy easter!!!

It was a crazy morning/ afternoon, followed by a very short rest period and then back over to mamaw's that evening for an egg hunt, dinner, and big family gathering. Easter 2011 will conclude in my next post!

I love the Easter Rabbit's footprints leading up to their baskets. And Aiden and Hallie both look soooooooooo cute! Love Hallie's little dress.
