Halloween 2011

Actual halloween night (monday) was spent at our house. I made chilli for the family members who came to walk the streets with us. My aunt Kim and my dad. Aiden was BEYOND excited to go trick or treating and it was a really fun night.
Superman ready to hit the neighborhood!
Poppy showing aiden some superman moves. It was pretty funny.
So cute and SO big!
Look he can fly!!!! :)
Loving the hair and the big cheesy excited smiles.

Little ladybug was all ready for her trick or treating debut!
However, she did not quite enjoy the process as much as aiden...
Poppy giving aiden some trick or treating advice

TRICK OR TREAT!!!
I was so proud of my big boy. He is so sweet, even when there is candy involved he would politely wait his turn and then he would only take 1 piece and at one house when some candy fell on the ground he picked it up and handed it back to the lady. Such a sweet boy :)
Hallie did pretty good also. She definitely looked the part but tuckered out quickly.

On the walk home baby girl was ready to hit the hay. It really wasn't very late. We started trick or treating about 6:30.
Such a happy super hero!

She was pooped!
But this one was wired!!!

Hallie did wake up again to check out her loot and to get ready for bed.

MMMM all the many things I can stick in my mouth.
It was a really fun halloween. Our neighborhood is really happening on halloween because there's so many young families that live here so its wall to wall trick or treaters from about 6:30 till past 9. I had to turn our porch and living room lights off to get the doorbell to stop ringing and to get the kiddos down for the night. I think hallie's 1st halloween was definitely a success and aiden is enjoying it more and more every year!

Whoo hoo now I'm done with halloween blogging & pictures till next year!!!! Bring on thanksgiving!!! :)

I was sorry I didn't get to walk the neighborhood for Hallie' first trick or treat.

You can definitely tell that Aiden was more into it this year.

Such a big boy!

The picture of Hallie, not liking the evening too much, is hilarious!! So glad Aiden had a GREAT time. He made an AWESOME Superman. And, glad Poppy helped with the poses.....
