So far I haven't done all that well about blogging this spring but that doesn't mean we haven't been having some swinging sunshiny springy good times!
Here are some pictures that I want to share from the happenings since the weather turned a lil warmer!
We've been playing in the backyard more and going for walks with the wagon.
Hallie likes to sit in the wagon and watch her big brother play. She doesn't like to get dirty herself.
I've been making the kids do mini fashion shows for me with their spring clothes. I can't help it, they're just sooooo cute in everything they wear!
We went to the food park in fort worth for lunch with gigi one friday afternoon before museum school and we topped it off with delicious spring cookies! Love these lil cookie monsters!
Daddy & I finally got around to hanging hallie's tree swing (that she got from santa) so that she can be swinging when we're playing in the backyard.
She love love LOVES her swing!
Everyone may not think this is as cool as me. But at some point in the late winter I left one of the plastic drawers that we keep some of aidens toys in open and the drawer didn't have anything in it. I noticed that a bird had built a nest in there and I showed aiden the nest and I was going to clear it out but then the bird laid eggs in the nest and now....
The baby birds hatched! All in this nest that's in this little plastic drawer on our back patio! I thought it was pretty neat, at least to show aiden in the different stages. Now that the babies are here I'm hoping the bird family will move out soon.
We went to the park last sunday after church and naps for a little playtime. Again hallie loves the swing and aiden is a daredevil!
He sometimes scares me with his no fear.
Then this past monday after we took bluebonnet pics, we went to eat at Oasis (Aiden's heaven) he got to feed fish and look out at all the boats. These are a few of his favorite things!
So far spring is quite splendid! I'm just hoping it doesn't get TOO hot TOO quick. We like being able to spend time outside!
