Easter 2013

Easter morning we got up and did our last egg...

The egg was empty and we read the last story of Jesus' resurrection. 

 The stone was rolled away from the tomb. 

After the story & breakfast we gave the kids their easter baskets. 

 All 3 of them got sunglasses. Our precious 3 have very sensitive baby blue eyes. If they would only keep sunglasses on it sure would help!

Then it was time to get all dolled up for church.

 I wanted to get hallie's picture outside with her purple dress and the purple flowers.

Then it was off to church we went. Our church has a massive schedule on easter sunday. It starts at sunrise and goes till noon but we didn't get there until around 8:30 for the egg hunt.

 Hallie was very prissy with her egg hunting, choosing which egg she wanted and taking her sweet time picking it up, inspecting it, opening it...

 Aiden was a man on a mission. As many eggs as possible as fast as you can!!!

 The rare 2 seconds that they were actually next to each other hunting. 

 Hallie lost interest first, and wanted only to open all her eggs, not collect anymore. 

 This lil ham only gave up the hunt when there were no more eggs to be found. Love this picture!! You crack me up little boy!
