Yee-haw!!! Last saturday we donned our cowboy boots & hats and set out to the fort worth stock show & rodeo with the family. This was hallie's 2nd year to go and aiden's 4th. It's always a fun time. This year aiden was the most into it he's been yet though.
Poor baby can't keep his eyes open when the flash goes off but he was having fun watching the horses.
And cheering!
And getting high fives from the riders!
A little better
Hallie was...ehhh...semi-into it. For about a minute!
There we go! She always enjoys a good round of applause!
All smiles
And this year was Charley & Molly's 1st experience at the rodeo! The littlest cowboy & cowgirl did great!
Such pretty girls!!!
Family of 3
Our "box" at the rodeo. Great seats. Not at all chaotic with 4 kids and 6 adults :)
Now onto everybody's favorite part....the stock show!
As always, aiden LOVES the tractors.
Always has to test them all out.
Now every year Poppy buys aiden a tractor at the stock show. A toy one obviously! But this year before we even left the house aiden told me he was going to ask poppy to get him a cowboy hat instead. I thought this was a great idea and he held onto that plan....until we saw the toy tractors and then he went back to wanting another tractor! Ohhh well.
The group minus me & charley, who I was holding asleep in 1 arm and taking the picture with the other. That's dedication to photo documentation!!
Notice the 3 moltz family members in this picture. Aiden who is shielding his eyes from the sun, Hallie who has her eyes closed, and my sweet husband who is squinting so intensely who knows if his eyes are open or not. My lovely family with their sensitive baby blues...will we ever get to have outdoor pictures made??
I love this picture. Gigi & poppy with their youngest grandbaby. Oh yeah and Jarod too :) Love it.
Another great year at the rodeo!
