We had a BIG weekend!!!
Friday FUN day
Friday aiden and I went to north richland hills for a playdate with our friends. We played at their indoor "playspace". Aiden LOVED running around and climbing on things. We packed our lunches and we all picnicked it. By the time we left the kiddos were worn out from playing and the momma's were worn out from chasing after them!
Then after going home for naptime, our fun continued into the night! We went over to gigi and poppy's for pizza and more playing!

AND to build himself a make-shift crib out of a laundry basket?! Oh the fun we have!
Saturday SUN day!
Saturday morning I went to fellowship for bible study which was great but THEN we had so much fun playing as a family OUTSIDE!!! Yes the sun came out in arlington and it was a BEAUTIFUL day! We have missed the sun so much.

We pointed at birds
We said CHEESE with daddy!
We played peek-a-boo
We smiled a lot!!!
We yelled! Aiden gets so excited he just yells!
We did cheese with mommy!!!
We got our hands dirty!
We smiled into the sun
We gave high fives...
We sat in our patio chairs
We even had a few meltdowns :)
We ran around with zac...
And We gave kisses!!!
Sunday Social Day
Then sunday we had a very sociable day! We went to church and mamaw and the Grogan's came to visit so then we went out to lunch with them at pappasito's. Yummy! After lunch I went to meet an old friend for coffee and catch up while aiden and ben took sunday naps! And then we had a couple from church over to our house for more playing outside and cooking out! Like I said What a weekend!

The Grogan's! A.K.A. Dr. Grogan and Kim! David just got done with the work for his doctorate in voice! Very exciting :)
We put together this little slide for aiden since the weather was so nice. We had originally bought it for a christmas present but never gave it to him since he wouldn't be able to go outside to play with it anyways!

He really loves it! I just hope he doesn't outgrow it too fast. It's a toddler slide and climber but aiden is so TALL!
Practicing on his tricycle! We are going to love this thing in the warmer weather! Don't know why he has this look on his face...

Miss Leah. This is our friend's little girl. She is 18 months and so cute!
The kids being pulled around in aiden's wagon. I loved this. They would wave to all of us like they were in a parade! Too cute.
Another one of the kids. I need to remind myself to take pictures of adults! I didn't get any of the mommys at playgroup or any of us while we were cooking out! Oh well. It was a great but tiring weekend!

you are going to have so much fun once the weather gets prettier. Aiden loves to play outdoors.
We should take that wagon to Padre this summer and roll him around.

YES the wagon is AWESOME! It was aiden's birthday present last year from grandma and grandpa. We haven't gotten to use it as much as we would have liked but this summer I think we will be wearing out the tires!!!
Even our friends loved the wagon and asked where we had gotten it because they want to get one like it for their daughter!
Love the great weekend photos. Please send some of that warmer weather this way. We are expecting more snow tonight (coldest and wettest winter in 40 years). Glad he can finally use and enjoy the wagon. I got it at the toys r us by your old house. I actually looked at 10 different toys r us in tennessee and several on the way to your house last year before I found that one.

What a great weekend! Aiden just gets cuter everyday. Looks like so much fun. Can't beleive he's going to be 2 soon.
P.S. Michigan could use some of that sun too.
