Aiden just completed his 2nd season with arlington southwest little league (ok "JUST" is a bit of an exaggeration...it was a month and a half ago) It was a great season for him (and us) cause we played with several of our buddies from church this time plus all the dads kind of pitched in and helped coach so that was fun too. Aiden had his best season yet. He is playing harder & better. He is understanding the game a little bit more each time and his attention span is getting longer, so all in all it was a great season. The biggest downfall I have to say would be my documenting the season. I didn't do so great. Oh well there's always next season. However; I'm not gonna let this season go completely unnoticed. Thank you to everyone who came out to support aiden, he absolutely loves to have his family watch him play and would ask us before each game who was coming to watch him.

Game 3- April 13th
I loved loved loved these special talks after each game with the dads/ coaches. Thank you Coach Rob for leading this awesome team!

Game 4- April 20th
Aiden up to bat.
This league doesn't allow you on the field unless you have a badge and are actually doing something. so Yeah I don't get the great pictures I used to get when he was younger and playing for city of arlington.
Fans were: Grandpa, Gigi & The Moltz 5.
Game 5- April 27th
This is the game that aiden got the "game ball" which was really neat for the kids. There were the same amount of games as their were kids on the team so they all got a turn but they were soooo excited when it was awarded to them and each coach told them how fantastic they had done that game
Plus the winner of the game ball gets to lead the team in the hands in- go knights cheer!
Fans were: Grammy, Gigi, Grandpa & The Moltz 5
Game 6
Fans were: Poppy, Gigi & the Moltz 5
Game 7
Kim & david came out to cheer on aiden but had to leave before the game was over. Aiden WAS in between them when I set up this picture but then Coach Joe walked over and is blocking aiden. Haha Oh well!
The rest of the fans for game 7: Uncle Andrew, Grandpa, Grammy, Mamaw & The Moltz 5.
Game 8- Last game
Lil diva in her chair
Lil brother was a trooper all season, We dragged him to all these games which were 90% of the time during what should have been his nap time. But he sat in his carrier and smiled & cooed and was a great fan for his big bro!
Fans for the last game were: Aunt Beth, cousin Molly, Gigi, Poppy, Grammy, Grandpa, Uncle Andrew & the Moltz 5.
***Right here it should be noted that I missed 1 game for my mother's day celebration with all my mommas so I have no pics of that day but Grandpa was there to help Ben out with our kiddos! Thanks to Ben & grandpa for stepping in so the moms could have that special morning!***
End of the season party
Our end of the season party took place right after our last game on June the 1st...yeah like I said only slightly behind ;)
Playing games at chuck e cheese with our buddies
The lil sister section. Don't they look thrilled?
Playing t-ball makes em hungry!!!
Receiving the trophies from coach rob.
Aiden was congratulated on being the teams power hitter, he came really far in his strength this season and by the last couple of games was hitting the ball into the outfield on his turns at bat. Ben is thrilled to see that aiden may have some baseball talent after all. (for those that may not know us well, my hubby was a baseball star his entire young life and it was his passion so he would really really like aiden to share that with him). For me, I'm just excited that aiden is actually enjoying the game now and looks forward to playing :)
ehhh you get what ya get!
Coach Joe presenting Coach Rob with a team ball that all the players had signed for him and a plaque.
Thanks coach rob for an awesome season and your leadership as a coach!
And that wraps up the spring '13 season. Another great season in the books. Congrats to my favorite lil t-ball player ever. You're not looking so little in your pics anymore. Stop growing so fast! Go Knights!!!!
