I went to the doctor today and fast forward through all the boring stuff that is always the same....120 over 60 blood pressure, no weight gain, Aiden's heart rate is 150, still down (vertex), he is now engaged in the pelvis needs to come down another centimeter but is for the most part there. With me they did the "dreaded check" again and my doctor seemed to think I made quite a bit of progress since last week. I am now dilated to 2 cm and effaced 70%. Yay for me I guess! Now for the not so exciting news, I was hoping I could be induced the 26th of march (just because I like that day) but because of scheduling and my doctor and so on....the first inducement date I could get is monday march 31st. 19 days from now! SOOOOO we are scheduled for that day however; my doctor thinks that with the rapid progress that I am making that I will possibly/probably not make it to that date. So I guess we will just have to wait and see. At least it's good to know that in 19 days or less Aiden will definitely be here. In the next week I am going to do everything I can to move this process along faster. I am not only super uncomfortable, I am VERY ready to meet my little boy!

Monday is a good day to have a baby. All the staff is refreshed from the weekend.
You need to post the address of the hospital in case we have to find it on our own.
I am going to type it into my GPS so I can bring it in case I have to rent a car and get there by myself.

I agree with your mom, post the hospital address, I will also program it into gps so when I get the call I can hit the road.
Glad you and Aiden are doing so well.
I leave in the morning for Michigan to go to help Grandma Karen work on her condo for a few days, then maybe home for a few days to pack for Florida :) (actually have a suitcase already for Florida) If you call while I am in Michigan, I just have to stop by here on my way and switch suitcases.

SOOOOOOOOOOOO glad you posted a picture!! You definitely look like a ripe watermelon!! ha ha Take another picture in a week so we can see what you look like after you have dropped some. I had predicted March 25, but looks like I am going to be wrong. We all can't wait to see Aiden. Make sure that somebody has the "Phone Tree" thing all worked out. I want to know as soon as possible.
