Aiden and I are doing wonderful. We are finally starting to get into a pattern which is basically eat, poop and pee all over everything, sponge bathe him, he screams his head off, I get him to go to sleep and 30 minutes later we start over. It is great though. He is really starting to "wake up" he plays for an hour or so at a time before he falls asleep during the day. He is more alert and he definitely knows who I am or at least recognizes my voice which makes me happy. He is such a good, sweet baby, he hardly ever cries or screams, when he does it is because he needs something or doesn't like something and he will stop very quickly. I guess what I am saying is that he doesn't cry or scream for no reason like some babies I have known. He has such a sweet and calm disposition. In other news his belly cord stump is soooo close to falling off, it is hanging by a thread (well not thread but ya know what I mean) It is going to fall off any day now and then we will be able to give him his first REAL bath. Stay tuned for those pictures! I am so excited.
I wish everyone could be here to see all the new things he does every day, they probably wouldn't be as precious to you though. But every facial expression and noise he makes are so sweet to me. For those of you who are mothers you probably already know, but I am very quickly realizing that there is no love that is even remotely comparable to the love you have for your children. Of course I love ben and my family intensely but it is just different. I can't explain it so I will trust that most of you know what I am talking about. Everything has become less important than my baby. This however; is a problem when you are still in school because I have very little motivation to work on anything school related. I keep thinking this is so not as important as Aiden. I will be very glad when I am done which thank goodness is only 3 months away!! WHOO HOO! Anyways that is about it for our lives. I promise to do better about updating.

I too wish we could see all the new expressions and things he is doing.
Yes, we understand the love that Mother's have for their babies.
There is nothing like it and it never changes.
I am so happy you are getting to experience that and that you are settling into a routine.
Aiden is such a good baby.
He is a genius!
Love you
He looks different in everypic you send! He is awesome!
you are correct about a mother's love. It continues to grow even after your "baby" is about to turn 50!!!!
The changes happen so fast and as we moms are so fond of saying,"they grow up way too soon."
You and Ben are going to be/are great !
Aiden is absolutely adorable!!! I'm glad yall are both doing good. I can't wait to see him!
