Catching Up Via iPhone Pics

Alright so we're gonna do a whirlwind "catch up" post. As I've said in my previous posts the end of may/ beginning of June has been crazy busy. My big camera was stored for most of this time and I took  hardly any pictures. That doesn't mean a lot wasn't going on though, so to catch up I downloaded the pics I had on my phone from the past month. Some tell the story, some are more just cute. Are ya ready? Cause Here we go.....

 Aiden got a new swimsuit for the start of summer! Showing his muscles...

 Big big BIG news!!! We found out on mother's day that aiden is going to have a little baby cousin!!! WHOO HOO!!! My SIL beth is preggo and due 4 weeks after me. We could not be more thrilled!

 Hallie started drinking from a straw and absolutely HATES when someone has a drink and she doesn't. I have sacrificed many of my own drinks to her in the past month :(

 Aiden's last day of school for the year. 

 Side by side comparison of first/ last day this year. He started school at 45 lbs and 41.5 inches tall. Ended at 51 lbs and 44.5 inches tall. Such a big boy!

 Mommy obviously needed a refresher in why the bathroom door must always stay CLOSED! Miss priss threw a hairbrush, hairspray, some lotion, and a greeting card in the toilet when I wasn't looking. She was very wet but very pleased with herself, stinker!

 Mommy learned her lesson and got hallie her own milk with straw at starbucks! 

 One of the first things we did on our summer fun list- ate breakfast out at cracker barrel as a family.

What a MESS!!!

 

May 27th 2012- We left our keys to our Ridgeline house and said goodbye. It was bittersweet leaving a house I truly loved, where I had watched my family grow in, had loved every minute of our life there. We needed more space but we loved our house so it was a little difficult parting. 

 Helloooooo Scots Wood a.k.a. Our new Home. We are oh so excited about this house and our family being here. It is really a great house for us, in a great location, with plenty of space for us to grow. Plus I just love it. The way it looks, the way it feels, everything. Feels like a dream to me and I could not be happier to be here.

While Ben & I were working our tails off rying to get moved, unpacked, and set up. My parents took the kids to the lake for memorial day weekend so we could work nonstop. It was a big help and the kids had lots of fun!

 The 1st Weekend in June, my mom's side of the family had a get together at the lake and My family just went out there to play for the day and see everybody. Hallie sporting her new UT bathing suit courtesy of Uncle Tommy & Aunt Sherry.

 Home again, Home again. We've basically just been doing a lot of  getting settled in, getting adjusted to what life looks like in our new house. 

 June 6th 2012- We Went for another sonogram on baby boo and found out....IT'S A BOY!!!!!!! (This is a pic of his face, pretty skeleton like!) Aiden is absolutely THRILLED to be getting a baby brother and I don't really think hallie wanted to share her princess status anyways so we are all very pleased with that we're having another boy. We are also very thankful that everything looks perfect with him, he's growing right on schedule, and it looks like we are going to be blessed with another beautiful & healthy baby.  Aiden talks about his baby brother a lot. It's so fun that he's really getting it this time. 

And finally...Aiden got a new haircut this past week that he was pretty excited about :)

That's pretty much it folks!!! That catches us up to this past week when I actually got my camera out again and have started doing life in a more normal way. It's been an exciting/ busy time in our family. I'm looking forward to a fun summer with my 2 kiddos and enjoying our new house as we get ready for Baby BOY's arrival in October. Stay tuned cause this is gonna be FUN!
