Moving
We are living in a state of chaos as we pack everything up and sell off our furniture. We are sitting on the floor and sleeping on the double bed that used to be in the guest room. Aiden is sleeping in his portable crib and his room has been transformed into the "packing" room. Our computer is sitting on the floor. We have sold our dressers so our clothes are also on the ground, but the good news is that we are for the most part completely packed. There are a few odds and ends here and there but those are things that really can't be packed until the last day. So for the next 4 days we are living in a state of disarray! Anyways we are getting very excited about our move! We have started saying goodbye to our friends and trying to get everything done that we wanted to do in Orlando before the big move!
This is the view looking into our apt from the door. See how we have no kitchen table or furniture to speak of and our new mac is sitting on the floor!
This is our make-shift couch area. You can see Aiden hanging out in the "living room." We only have the glider left in the way of furniture so when Ben and I are both here, someone has to sit on our "couch"!
This is Aiden's room which has become the packing room.
This is our bedroom with our clothes on the ground (where our dressers used to be and we are sleeping on the small bed with just a sheet cause the blanket is our "couch" and all the other blankets and comforters are packed.

that's funny!
It sure will make your moving easier though.
can't wait to see you
WOW!!! That's amazing!! You sure are getting it all packed up quickly. Must mean you are soooooo ready to get home... Can't wait to see you all!! :)
I am guessing you will be really emotional when you leave that apartment. It is hard to leave the place where you first lived together, first had your baby, NOTHING will never be that simple again in your life!! Just take those awesome memories with you and bring them to Dallas. We will try to help you add so many more.. I think living like that for 4 days will help you be "ready" to get out and move. I think the packing process helps us separate ourselves from a place. Yes, I have some moving experience.. I am so thankful yall have had Orlando. I am happy you were able to be close to Ben's family, see them as much as you did and that you were able to grow together as a couple. I know I am so selfish but I am so excited to get to see you guys more when you move here. It has been really hard being so far away! Love you so much!
Well, Now you know how we have been living for the past FOUR MONTHS!!! That is exactly how the inside of our house looks right now with this renovation going on. Most of our furniture is in storage. We are living in two rooms and they are full of boxes as well as our usual furniture. So, I feel your pain!!
But, you are doing good and the end is in sight!! Whoo-Hoo!
