Father's Day

We had a very fun and eventful father's day celebrating with both sides. Saturday night we went over to my parent's house and got a babysitter for Aiden while we went out to eat at Silver Fox. It is an AWESOME steakhouse. One of the best meals ever. So GOOD! We had a really great time watching dad open his father's day presents, and ben's also haha! And having great conversation and great food.





After dinner we spent the night with my parents and then went to church with them on sunday morning for father's day. After lunch at Luby's we headed to dallas to spend the afternoon with Ben's dad. Aiden took an afternoon nap over there while we watched the very long and interesting golf tournament. No complaints though, it was FATHER'S DAY. Ben's dad cooked steaks and yummy fresh vegetables for dinner. They had gone to the farmer's market earlier in the day and the vegetables were awesome. Isn't that one of the best parts of summer?? All the fresh vegetables and fruits! We had a great dinner but then aiden was getting VERY fussy from having been away from home for so long and being tired so we packed up and headed home soon after dinner. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating the special father's in our lives and hopefully Ben felt honored as well. He is an absolutely AWESOME father to aiden, even though

aiden is a little bit too young to tell him so!

Now today is Ben and mine's 3rd anniversary! We are taking aiden over to my mom's to spend the night and Ben and I are going to make dinner and have a quiet night tonight. I am excited to celebrate our 3 years together!
