Well here i am... I know that i do not blog or email or really do anything on the computer much but i have decided to try and start getting on and letting everyone hear from me instead of only through jenni. This is a very very important time in in our lives and this blog is very important to jennifer so therefore is very important to me. I think that this is a great idea and one day our child will love to read everything that happened during this special time. I dont know what all jenni has told you all, she doesnt keep me very up to date since she talks to you all everyday, but i thought i would tell everyone, from me, how i feel about our new experience. I am very very excited about having a baby and yes, the story is true, i was and still am very calm about it. Jen not so much. She is much better now. I love everybody especially you jenni. And oh yeah its a boy.

I am glad that Jennifer and her side of the family have come to know how amazing I have always known you are. Don't let it go to your head sweetheart :)
I love you
Mom
Haha For those who are not in the cox family I am going to clarify this for you...Somehow, I think it was dale and it was either right after we got married or it might have even been before...but he did something (don't remember what it was) and they nicknamed him "the amazing ben" and it stuck...now all of the cox family calls ben the amazing ben and the little girls even made him a shirt that says it. So I don't really remember the story (neither does ben) but that is his nickname...he is not just THAT full of himself. If anyone remembers this story then post it!
Well, not that I'm you very proud grandmother or anything, but I knew you were amazing from the all the times in your infancy when your mmommy had to perform CPR on you just to keep around long enough for the rest of us to know how amazing you truely are. I guess that makes your mommy pretty amazing too!
Love you both,
Grandma Karen
CPR? wow, tell us that story.
Jen, the "amazing Ben" came from his rescue of the two women in the car that went into the water! That was when we decided he was AMAZAZING! I think..
Kimberly
I thought that started in Greece, could be wrong...Yeah ben nearly died a bunch of times when he was an infant he had near-SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome) and he definitely would have died if his mom hadn't been so attentive. Shout out to mary ellen! He had to wear a heart monitor that would make a horribly loud noise whenever his heart stopped so he would start breathing again. We are really hoping this trait will not be passed to our baby.
Thanks Jennifer, you explained that alot shorter than I could.
When I had Andrew, he was sent home with a monitor also....he never set it off in the 3 months he had to wear one.....doctors always thought that was a great sign.
love you both...
